Hi, my name is Heidi!

My greatest passion is in helping others to reach their full potential and vibrancy. Being “healthy” is so much more than the absence of disease - it’s the culmination of our physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual domains coming into balance with one another. This concept of “Deep Health” is the foundation of my coaching philosophy and what I strive to achieve in my own life and the lives of my clients.
